have Ecolab calibrate system to operate at 200 ppm of quaternary ammonia sanitizer. In meantime ensure all employees know that how to set up sanitizer to achieve 200 ppm. After testing system 1/4 premixed sanitizer and 3/4 water makes a solution of 200 ppm sanitizer. Until Ecolab can re-calibrate system test with test strips each time pail is set up.
