Observed debris and food items under the shelving throughout the store. Clean/sweep /sanitize to remove all debris and items. Observed debris inside the OJ refrigeration unit. Clean to remove all debris. Observed debris and soiled floors inside the porters closet around the trash compactor the back room and in and around the cashiers area. Clean/sweep floors to remove all debris. Ensure that food items are not being stored on the blowers inside the refrigeration and freezer units. Remove food items to ensure proper temperature inside al units. Food temperatures were all good.
