Toilet Enclosed Clean
BISD received a complaint that the restrooms between the food court and the market were unclean that the paper dispensers were missing that no toilet paper was available to the restrooms that the stall doors failed to properly latch and that toilet seats were missing from several of the stalls. The statements were verified during the inspection of the men's and women's restrooms. The following must be completed: The restroom seats must be replaced. The toilet paper dispensers must be replaced. The dispensers must be restocked with proper frequency. BISD requires the maintenance of a daily service log for both the men's and women's restroom.
