Handsink in Deli area have a very slow drain when I went to wash hands and check the temp I observed it draining extremely slow- Repair Food particles inside of produce sink and drain needs to be cleaned - Remove any particles of food and keep clear for staff to use. Handsink in sushi area was greasy and black stains in the sink on walls and on paper towel dispenser also soiled with grease- Clean to remove soils and stains
