There is no air gap at the 2 bay sink.Provide 2 bay sink is also used for a prep sink.PIC instructed to provide SOP's for use as prep sink. Provide a designated prep sink PIC states a plumber will advise about air gap. Upon re-inspection on 3.4.25 the air gap has been installed SOP's provided and will be reviewed by a Health department supervisor Pending approval.
