I observed handsink dry to the sight and touch with no use from the 4 staff members behind the counter-PIC states she uses the sink far away from the work area.- I advised her to train staff to utilize the handsink at their station not in another area.

Chicken wings stored inside reach in cooler - Completely Thawed when package says Keep frozen- I advised CFPM that she can cook those frozen to reheat to the proper temperature. She stated this how they are to prepare them she thaws them for 3 days. I asked for the steps she couldn't provide them. All Keep frozen products are to keep foods frozen until they are reheated to completion of 165F or above
