New dishmachine has been installed. Rinse gauge operating at 131F must operate at 180F to 194F. 160 termal strip showed hot water hitting the plate at 160F. Repair rinse gauge. Upon re-inspection.The rinse guage is reading 99F color changing strip not in compliance. Discontinue using the machine until repairs are complete PIC calling Ecolab
