Improper Maintenance of Walls/Ceilings
1) There is a hole in the back door that is covered with cardboard. Properly seal the hole so that the door is smooth cleanable and durable and effective at keeping pests out of the establishment. 2) The cooking equipment is soiled in between with built up grease. Clean to remove grease from in-line equipment the wall behind the cooking line and the hood vent and all attachements.
