Chicken and scallops were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a refrigerator to continue the cooling process.

Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. All foods from the lower portion of the coolers were removed at the time of the inspection. Technician was callled at the time of the inspection. Hand sink located in teh restroom damaged and cracked. Replace. Hand sink has been ordered and will be installed upon arrival.
