Responded to the location while on call for a report of a fire. Upon arrival I met with PIC Jerry Chen who explained that there was a small fire at the wok station. The ansul system discharged the manager also discharged a dry chemical extinguisher. The establishment will remain voluntarily closed reset/recharge fire alarm & ansul system Clean /sanitize/disinfect all affected locations Provide all necessary documentation be re-inspected by building plumbing.health before approval to re-open. Manager instructed to call the ISD office(617-635-5326) the next business day and speak with a supervisor to receive instructions for re-opening
