Premises Maintained
The kitchen area is cluttered. Staff and management should work to store all of the food products together. Sauce buckets should be stored in one area. Grains should be stored in another. Cooking equipment should all be stored in one area. The equipment located towards the rear door / locker area should be moved. Tools and ladders should be stored in a closet or towards the rear of the kitchen away from food production and storage areas. Any soiled bulk containers should be cleaned.
