A large amount of fruit/drain flies were observed on the walls.Provide a full pest report upon re-inspection. Pest control reports were provided at the time of re-inspection Upon re-inspection There was still evidence of fruit/drain flies in the basement dish room location. PIC instructed to contact pest control for an additional visit and forward pest reports to the Health Department PIC also instructed to continue to clean/sanitize the affected location
