In use high temp machine 171F rinse / Repair to provide rinse temps between 180F-194F / 3 bay sink will be used until repair is made **6/30/2023 - machine was run a total of 4 times rinse temperature did not surpass 171F during all 4 cycles. "err 19" code is flashing on machine.

Code Requirements
Follow 5-step process: 1) Scrape/pre-rinse, 2) Wash in 110°F water with detergent, 3) Rinse in clean water, 4) Sanitize for 30 seconds minimum, 5) Air dry (no towel drying). Post procedure at sink. Train all staff.
