The establishment Voluntarily closed The establishment will remain voluntarily closed kitchen must be cleaned/sanitized ansul system repaired/recharged all repair documentation to be provided to ISDHealth@Boston.gov Establishment to be re-inspected by Building & Health before approval to re-open
