Evidence of mice dropping in the bathroom located on the 1st floor. Clean to remove all droppings. Evidence of rat droppings in the warewash area located in the basement. Clean to remove all droppings. Contact a licensed exterminator and provide a detailed IPM report at the re inspection. 9/16/24- Owner stated that the exterminator was due to come out on 9/13 and did not show up. He recently hired a new company and they are scheduled for 9/20. All rodent activity has been cleaned and removed. Owner was able to provide the last 2 reports.
