Repairs/ renovation being done in the near future due to a structural leak situation. Presently there is a 2 compartment sink in this location for washing and sanitizing any utensils and serviceware used for cooking and display demonstration. Per the 1999 Federal Food Code and the Mass. State Supplement. this sink must be replaced with a 3 compartment sink for proper wash rinse rinse ans sanitize of all equipment as part of the renovation.
