Chocolate covered bananas in freezer have no wrapper invoice sheet or covering. Discontinue sale. Pre-packaged foods only are allowed to be sold in a retail licensed business. Cannot slice produce [phf] and repackage it without a proper area to cut clean and sanitize.Also knowledge of the food code and a food safety certificate needs to be aquired. Discontinue all practices of food service.
Why This Matters

Found a box of cereal [ captain crunch ] in a bag located up front. None were on the shelf. I went through it and did see a cockroach on the outside. Also some visible signs of rodent droppings on the corner of the floors and behind some low shelving CONTACT PEST CONTROL COMPANY
Why This Matters
