The ceiling of the basement laundry room and an adjoining wall have been negatively impacted by a water leak observed to originate within a pipe chase. The source of the leak appears to be above the first floor of the building and outside of the establishment. A referral will be forwarded to the Building/Plumbing/Electrical Department.
