I observed worker coming in after me but did not observed him washing hands- The other handsink on cookline had sanitizer bucket inside and a drink on top of it. - Train staff to wash hands when starting shift and or easily accessible without anything hindering handwashing by staff.

Several Immature flies throughout especially at the bar and inside the kitchen by drink area. Mature Flies inside the food prep area landing on top of prepared foods cooling- Provide an updated pest control report from a licensed pest control company after the last September 12th date.

SEVERE CONTAMINATION: Rodent droppings carry 35+ diseases including Hantavirus (36% mortality rate), Salmonella (20% of cases from rodents), Leptospirosis (kidney/liver failure). Mice contaminate 10 times more food than they eat through urine and droppings.
