Bags of candy chips and pet food chewed through at retail and basement storage disposed of by PIC / Bergess provides monthly exterminations last IPM report on file from 4/7/2025. Move to daily exterminations until further notice. Provide IPM program with detailed reports. Ensure the drop ceiling is treated regularly repair front door door sweeps to remove all daylight **5/9/2025** - Small rodent droppings noted on empty chip shelving on retail floor. Droppings noted in the pharmacy on multiple shelving with bottled medications. Droppings noted in basement along the walls and on shelving. Urine odors observed in areas of basement shelving.
