Damaged flooring encrusted soils in front of and under retail shelving and in service are noted at the time of the inspection. PIC must properly maintain proper cleaning of store and repairs as needed throughout. At the time of the inspection there were minimal employees working. Per the manager at the time of the inspection the amaount of employees has been reduced at the location. Employees available rotate products on shelving and handle customer service. A floor cleaner is scheduled to clean the floors biweekly at the location per the PIC
