Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf)
At the front service counter there is only one sink available for use by employees. The sink is located next to the blenders. The employees are using the handwashing sink as a dump and rinse sink for the blenders as well as a handwashing sink. The 3 bay sink is located at the far back of the establishment and is not convenient for employees to use to rinse the blender parts. Provide an additional sink for handwashing along the front service area and convert the exsisting sink at the front service counter to a rinse/dump sink for the blender area.
