Observed mouse droppings on floor under freezers in the whole foods section. Also removed a section of the bottom shelf of the chip isle and observed mouse droppings on floor area. Remove evidence of mouse droppings. Provide a full round of extermination service and provide reciept showing details of service. Also provide an Intergrated Pest Management report that details service dates applications and equipmet used. Ensure that the IPM report is specific to this location.
