Improper Maintenance of Walls/Ceilings
The hood vent is due for a cleaning. Have the hood vent cleaned by a licensed company. There is grease buildup on the in-line cooking equipment. Clean equipment to remove food debris. The wall behind the dishwasher is soiled with mold-like buildup. Clena to remove.
