BASEMENT-Observed a pipe leaking under the mop sink. Contact licensed plumber to repair leak ensure to pull a permit. BASEMENT-Observed a leak at the ice machine and stagnant water on the floor. Repair leak and remove stagnant water. Remove ice machine from storage area away from furnace. Cap all pipes in the basement that are open.

Controlling Pests (Pf)
Owner was able to provide a pest report at today's inspection. This was the exterminators first time at the establishment new company. He is scheduled to come out on 9/8. Provide a detailed IPM report. Please have him treat the burrows outside on the hill address all the holes in the wall leading to the other businesses inspect the false floor in the basement. Ensure the all the door sweeps are rodent protection door sweeps recommend more frequent inspections. SMOKER- Clean interior and exterior of the smoker the inside of the roof and all structure around the smoker the table next to the smoker and the grounds around the smoker to remove all the heavy build up. GREASE CONTAINER- remove the grease from the top of the grease container. Ensure that the smoker and the grease container is being cleaned after every use to ensure no grease is being left. This will help with the heavy rat activity. Please remove the table on the outside hill near the burrow. Please continue to clean outback and ensure that all the vegetation has been cut back.

Lower basement- Repair false floor at the bottom of the basement stairs behind toliet behind and infront of 2 door reach in. Replace missing ceiling tiles and repair any holes in the basement walls/ceiling. Provide missing light bulbs in the basement. Clean inside the 2 door counter top to remove old dropping. Remove rug and repair any holes in the floor. Clean outside wall across from the smoker. Clean to remove grease build up.
