Hot and Cold Water
The public bathrooms near the dining room that the employees use to wash their hands have no hot water. The water is cold and even after allowing the sinks to run for over a minute they did not get warm. Provide hot and cold water so employees and residents can properly wash their hands.

PIC Performing Duties
The 2018 Health permit has not been paid in compliance with 8.303.20. Provide a valid health permit. 2/21/2018 The permit is in process of being paid. The accountant was not in today but they have a copy of the written check but can't confirm it was cashed until tomorrow.
Why This Matters
EXTREME RISK: Without active management, ALL five CDC risk factors go unchecked. Studies show restaurants without certified managers have 2.5 times more critical violations. Installed and Maintained
The hot water at the handwash sink is taking over a minute to warm up. Provide hot water so employees can wash their hands (manager left sink running to keep water hot). 2/28/18 The hot water has been turned on all morning and running. There is warm water at the sink but the other sink around the corner takes 45 seconds for the water to warm up and the sink next to the cooking line takes 50 seconds to warm up after it is turned off for two minutes. Provide a repair so the handsinks have hot water when needed.
