Discontinue using frialators until cook line hood repaired by licensed BFD hood Maintenance Company to properly vent in line equipment. Referral to be made to BFD. Owner provided copy of estimate from On Call Ventilation for installation of 7.5 motor and pulleys on roof for commercial hood vent. Provide health division with contract letter with timeframe of work to be completed in writing. Establishment must discontinue use of all grease emanating equipment at cook line until hood is repaired to properly vent cooking exhaust.
