Establishment has had numerous violations for expired products on retail shelving and for severe damage to the flooring in the store. Heavy damage continues to be noted to the flooring in front of product coolers due to a suspected leak in one of the units. Heavy damage and mold like growth is being covered with cardboard and mats. Establishment has not provided information for repairs to the damaged areas to the Health Department.
