Overloaded walk-in cooler appears to be extremely small for the amount of food on premise many raw packaged meat are stored close to ready to eat produce - ensure ample storage areas for raw foods as well as for fresh produce and other ready to eat foods to reduce potential contamination. Additional refrigeration is highly recommenmded
