store the wiping clothes in a sanitizing solution when not in use=in hand--this will help kill "germs" on clothes and will help orevent spreading "germs " with contaminated clothes---change solution at least every 4 hrs (once used ) used one solution for clothes used with RAW foods & one solution for clothes used with ready to eat foods (RTE)
