Two to three wiping cloths were observed on preparation tables within the cooking area. The cloths should be stored in sanitizer when not in use. Sanitizing buckets should be placed at each work station at the start of each day.

Hand Cleaner Drying Tissue Signage
Promptly replace the hand towels at the hand wash sinks. Both dispensers were empty at the start of the inspection. One staff member was observed drying their hands on a dry wiping cloth. The towels were replaced during the inspection.
