Fresh guacamole in the front service cooler with an elevated temperature of 51F. PIC stated the guacamole had just been made. Discontinue and ensure proper cooling methods are in place prior to being placed out for service. Guacamole was removed at the time of the inspection and placed back into the walk-in cooler to continue the cooling process.

Hot water faucet was not operational in the mens room at the time of the inspection. There was hot water throughout the rest of the establishment. Address and make any necessary repairs.
