Mechanical Warewashing Equipment Hot Water Sanitization Temperatures (Pf)
At the time of the inspection the gauge of the high temperature machine was not registering above 180F. A irreversible thermometer and a thermal strip wererun through the machine and both indicated that the rinse temperature was below 180F. Facilities was on site at this time and determined that the circulation pump needs to be replaced. All equipment will be washed and sanitized in the high temperature dishwasher on the 2nd floor until proper repairs are made

A service call was conducted on 01/19/23 for repairs to be made to the high temperature machine on the main level. Following that service it was determined that multiple parts needed to be replaced and parts are on order. Email confirmation of service completed on 01/19/23 Facility has large high temperature dish machne in the kitchen on the second level and all warewashing is being done in that machine until proper repairs are made to the machine in the main kitchen.
