The wash gauges on the dishwashers are not getting hot enough and the irreversible thermometer run through both machines show that the equipment is not reaching 160F. Provide proper hot water so equipment is getting sanitized. (All the equipment will be sanitized in the three bay sinks until the machine is repaired)
