"Sugar" ants were observed around the base of the dish machine and within the mop room. Mitigate the ant problem within these two areas.

Dishwashng Facilities

The digital display during the dishwasher rinse cycle is not registering above 100 degrees F. However temperature test strips indicate that the unit is reaching a proper plate temperature above 160 degrees F. The machine must be serviced so that staff can make a visual determination that the unit is operating properly. Staff are storing soiled equipment on both the right (sanitized) and left (soiled) drainage boards. Soiled equipment should only be stored on the left drainage board. Signage may assist the staff in remembering. This violation was corrected for the 11/5/09 inspection.
