Promptly remove any dead or dying fish from the live fish tanks. At least three dead Carp were observed during the inspection. The Carp were floating upside down and no movement was observed within the gill area. Several other questionable fish were observed within the tank below and to the left of the Carp tank. The fish species was not provided on the exterior of the tank.

Water from the fish area was spilling/splashing into the public aisles. The water should be contained. The floors should be cleaned. The floors behind the seafood area should be repaired to make them smooth durable cleanable and non-absorbent.
