Spoilage Unsafe Food
Promptly remove any dead or dying fish from the live fish tanks. At least three dead Carp were observed during the inspection. The Carp were floating upside down and no movement was observed within the gill area. Several other questionable fish were observed within the tank below and to the left of the Carp tank. The fish species was not provided on the exterior of the tank.

Non-Food Contact Surfaces Clean
Implement a more frequent cleaning schedule for the freezer and refrigeration equipment and the vegetable storage bins within the store. Marked areas of soil appear to have been cleaned since the last inspection. However the bins and equipment were soiled during the compliance inspection.
