Inside of the Reach in Cooler Cooked ground beef was 61.7 for the one store on middle shelf and the beef on bottom shelf was 63.6F not properly cooled after cooking at 12 noon- Discontinue improper cooling PIC placed ground meat in sheet pan on ice to cool properly and educated on future storing and cooling.
