PIC will need to add a hand sink to the warewashing area next to the cooking line. PIC stated that he has a sink and will get it done.

At this time location will be closed due to fire. PIC will need to contact Building department for all permits needed to make repaires. Also The Health Division will want to do a plan review on the layout of repairs being done.
