The bartender had set a beer bottle and glass in the beverage ice to chill. Whereas the beer bottle has not been cleaned and sanitized it should not be placed within beverage ice. Furthermore the glass bottle and pint glass represent a potential for physical contamination of the beverage ice. To eliminate the risk for physical contamination one of the empty basins may be filled with ice to chill glasses and bottles.
