Clearly and properly identify each basin of the three bay sink accordingly [ WASH - RINSE - SANITIZE ] - only one basin had been labeled although it was identified incorrectly - observed employee washing and sanitizing pots pans ans utensils properly during inspection

Wall mounted can open [ not in use ] collecting collecting grease grime and soils - either clean and sanitize as discussed or remove the can opener from the wall if the restaurant decides to continue to not use it for its intended purpose. -- several lower metal shelves located under prep tables in the kitchen / prep area are collecting rust in several locations - address as discussed during inspection -I observed a few areas containing exposed wooden surfaces in the kitchen / prep area as well as in the basement - address all absorbant exposed wooden surfaces as discussed
