Due to an Imminent health Hazard of the fire suppresion system discharging Facility was voluntarily closed by PIC Derek Chan.PIC stated that facility had not yet opened when the system discharged All exposed food items were voluntarily discarded before health department arrived. PIC must provide proper service reports from a cleaning company for the Cleaning of the chemicals released from the Fire suppression system. System must be recharged and inspected. PIC must have Fire and Building inspect the establishment to maintain it is ready to re-open.PIC will provide proper documentation.
