There is a possible leak from the grease trap or drainpipe under the floor of the pizza pasta pasta prep room causing sewage to leak in the lower common hallway that is used for employees & delivery access only. PIC instructed to identify the issue provide all necessary repairs. PIC stating that plumbers will be shutting off the water to these locations. Listed locations will remain voluntarily closed to allow repairs. PIC also instructed to provide a repair documentation to ISD Health.

It has been brought to my attention that this sewage issue has been ongoing for approx a month or more. A discussion was had with the manager on site that it is the responsibilty of the Permit holder to report these issues to the regulatory authority when an imminent health hazard exists.
