PIC instructed to identify the issue provide all necessary repairs. PIC stating that plumbers will be shutting off the water to these locations. PIC also instructed to provide a repair documentation to ISD Health. Upon re-inspection on 8.3.23 PIC still working to idenify and remedy the issues
