PIC Performing Duties
PIC needs to monitor general clean and repairs to location. PIC had a plumber doing repairs to water and hot water was not turned back on at two of the hand sinks. PIC corrected this and will discuss with plumber. Also general cleaning of equiment need to be monitored.

If repairs are to be done by a contractor provide a contract tonwhen it will be done.
