Three bay sink had labels wash rinse and hand washing only. PIC removed hand washing sign and will need to replace with a sanitizer sign. Also the wash bay should be closer to hand washing sink and the drain board. All three bays filled with soiled equipment and bowl under sink. Use drain board to hold soiled equipment and air dry sanitized equipment on shelves above.
