At the time of the re-inspection (5/10/2024) the flip top cooler with an elevated temperature of 50F. Staff must Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. Foods inside of the unit to be removed and placed into the walk-in cooler if the unit doen not come down below 41F. At the time of the visit all foods were removed from the unit and placed into the walk-in cooler. Part has been ordered for the unit and waiting on its arrival for installation.
