Mechanical Warewashing Equipment Hot Water Sanitization Temperatures (Pf)
High temperatire dishwasher was 127F at wash and 137F at rince. PIC will need to have it repaired to work properly. Also water is running inside the dishwasher at all times. Please have repaired right away and please use three bay sink until repaired. 3-8-24 PIC has a new dishwasher at location and it will be installed Monday.

At this time found dishwasher not working. Location is using disposable plates silverware and cups in dinning room. Owner was not on hand but PIC and I tested the machine and gauges did not work and only made it to 111F at the plate. Location has a three bay sink to wash equipment. When dishwasher is fixed or replaced you can go back to your regular plates cups and silverware.
