At the time of the inspection there was no hand sink loctaed in the front service area where food is being served. Address and provide an additional hand sink unless otherwise instructed.

Gasket around the single door upright steam cabinet is damaged with a portion missing and not allowing the door to close properly. Replace gasket. Unit was functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Door to the large coffin style freezer in the basement is damaged cracked adn with peices missing. Address and make any necessary repairs.
