Clean the following: 1) the rear exhaust vent to the undercounter refrigerator that has collected some dust and food debris 2) the top of the pipes leading to and from the grease trap to remove the soil and dust that has accumulated and 3) the sides to the stainless shelving and refrigeration equipment.
